Athletics: Favourites through to men’s 400m hurdles final

We went from the men’s 110m hurdles semis to the men’s 400m hurdles semis, and each of the world’s top four men all qualified for the final.

World record holder and defending champion Karsten Warholm was the fastest qualifier, while Rai Benjamin, Alison dos Santos, and Kyron McMaster all made it too – although Alison, third in Warholm’s heat, needed a time qualifier spot.

France will be represented in the final too with Clément Ducos coming in second behind Warholm in the first heat.
