Athletics: Grant Holloway finally gets men’s 110m hurdles Olympic gold

Straight on to the last final in the Stade de France for tonight, the men’s 110m hurdles final.

World champion Grant Holloway almost never loses. But he lost to Hansle Parchment in the Tokyo final, and wants gold this time around.

Can the world champ finally take Olympic gold? He breezed through semi-finals and came close to the Olympic record in that race.

Three Jamaicans and three U.S. sprint hurdlers in this final, but all the attention is on those two.

Holloway gets a fast start and leads all the way to the end! 12.99 and it wasn’t close.

There’s a photo finish for second place! Daniel Roberts makes it a USA one-two ahead of Rasheed Broadbell of Jamaica, both in 13.09.

Holloway goes over to ring the champions’ bell, three times.
