It’s not to be for the home French boxers as another of their pugilists falls in the final.
Billal Bennama took four of the judges’ cards across the three rounds, but was outsmarted and overpowered by Uzbekistan’s second-seeded Hasanboy Dusmatov.
A surprise perhaps as Bennama was the top seed, but Dusmatov wins by a unanimous decision.
