Basketball: Germany beat Greece to advance to semi-finals
Germany displayed their world championship pedigree in the second half, winning the third quarter 23-16 before truly pulling away in the fourth to win 76-63.
Antetokounmpo led all scorers with 22 points, while Franz Wagner scored 18 for Germany to go along with 3 steals.
Germany now advance to their first-ever Olympic semi-final in men’s basketball. What a three years it’s been for them since Tokyo 2020 (in 2021), when they only won one game!
