Fencing: USA win women’s team foil gold
Over at the Grand Palais, the United States have won the women’s team foil event, beating Italy 45-39 in a 66-minute marathon.
Lee Kiefer has her second gold medal of the Games, alonside Lauren Scrubbs, Jacquelin Dubrovich, and Maia Mei Weintraub.
Earlier, Japan beat Canada 33-32 for bronze.
