Canoe slalom: Jess Fox adds C-1 to K-1 title
Australia’s Jessica Fox is one of canoe slalom’s most bemedalled athletes, and today she has another gold to add to her collection.
After taking the women’s K-1 slalom crown in Vaires-sur-Marne a few days ago, she has now added the C-1 to go with the gold she also won in this event last time out in Tokyo.
She completes the course with two penalty seconds, totalling 101.06, 2.48 seconds ahead of silver medallist Elena Lilik of Germany. Evy Leifbarth of USA wins bronze.
