The Netherlands won the 2023 world championships, but with only two of the rowers who won gold at Tokyo 2020 – Tone Wieten and Koen Metsemakers. Now with Lennart van Lierop and Finn Florijn, who were also in the 2023 world championship boat, the quartet power home to take Olympic gold in a time of 5:42.00.
