Wrestling: Kiyooka Kotaro wins men’s 65kg freestyle gold
Japan’s Kiyooka Kitaro dominated the men’s 65kg freestyle wrestling final to secure a 10-3 victory on points over Rahman Amouzadkhalili of Islamic Republic of Iran.
He scored all 10 of his points in the first period as Amouzadkhalili never got into the bout.
However, both bronze-medal contests were won by single points, with medals going to Sebastian Rivera representing Puerto Rico and Albania’s Islam Dudaev.
